Talent Density + Trust

I love the term talent density.
Talent is what the mission requires. But tπ‘Žπ‘™π‘’π‘›π‘‘ 𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑠𝑖𝑑𝑦 is how much of it is in the room, and how quickly it converts into outcomes when trust is present.

Frances Frei frames trust as a balance of authenticity, logic, and empathy - and we all have a wobble.

For a long time, my conviction came from instinct, pattern recognition, and speed. I was connecting dots before others could see the full picture. It was clear to me, but not always legible to others.

I was pushed to translate that thinking into data and structure. To slow down and make the logic legible. That was my wobble.

That push to clarify my process made me a stronger leader promoting alignment on shared understanding, decide next steps, and move faster together.

Across missions, the pattern is consistent: Talent density thickens in environments built on trust.
