ABOUT
BCE Ventures was founded by Alexandra Amrami, an advisor and former C suite operator whose career began in luxury, partnering with leading maisons to source and sell exceptional natural colored diamonds and advising at the highest levels of product, valuation, and trust.
Trained in architecture, Alix approaches businesses as systems. She sees the structure, identifies the point of highest leverage, and moves it with precision to create alignment across strategy, incentives, and execution.
That perspective later translated into architecting and commercially scaling trade in and secondary market ecosystems for the world’s largest retailers and technology platforms, developing a practical understanding of how assets are priced, graded, trusted, and recirculated at scale.
Most recently, she served as Chief Transformation Officer at a multibillion dollar global reseller, leading the transition from founder led to institutional leadership and establishing the executive structure and operating cadence for its next chapter.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that durable value compounds through people, trust, and the communities that sustain them.
