BCE Ventures was founded by Alexandra Amrami, a business builder and C Suite operator known for turning ambiguity into execution. Most recently, she served as Chief Transformation Officer at a multibillion dollar global distributor in the secondary market, leading enterprise wide operating model shifts across people, process, and strategy.

Today, she partners with founders, CEOs, and investor backed teams, including PE portfolio companies and luxury groups, through strategic advisory and operator led venture building.

Trained in architecture with roots in luxury, she brings a distinct operating lens: macro pattern recognition paired with micro precision. Alix sees the system, identifies the highest leverage detail, and moves it in a way that changes the whole.

Her work is grounded in timing and discernment: building when alignment and momentum are real, and stepping back when the mission is complete.

Underneath it all is a foundational belief that nothing durable moves without people, trust, and the communities that sustain them, from leadership teams to membership networks.
