BCE Ventures was founded by Alexandra Amrami, an advisor and former C-suite operator known for turning ambiguity into aligned execution.
She began her career in luxury, partnering with leading maisons to source and sell exceptional natural colored diamonds, advising at the highest levels of product, valuation, and trust. That grounding in authenticity and asset integrity later translated into architecting and commercially scaling trade in and secondary market ecosystems for Fortune 1, Fortune 10, and Fortune 100 global retailers and technology platforms.
Most recently, she served as Chief Transformation Officer at a multibillion dollar global reseller, leading the transition from founder led to institutional leadership and establishing the executive structure and operating cadence for its next chapter.
Trained in architecture, Alix sees the system, identifies the point of highest leverage, and moves it with precision to create structural alignment. Her work is rooted in the understanding that durable value compounds through people, trust, and the communities that sustain it.
